Quarterfinal competition at the Davis Cup Finals will wrap up on Thursday with a pair of ties, including Germany vs Argentina. Alexander zveree and Francisco Ceristi lead the way for their respective countries.

Alexander Zvereev (GER) VS. FRANCISCO CERUNDOWS (ARC)

Zevev and Cerindolo will be going close for the fifth time in their careers when they clash in the Germany vs Argentina Tie on Thursday in Bologna, Italy. Cendulo causes a surprise 3- 3-1 in the head series, but zveve wins the most recent meeting by retiring while leading 6-4, 1-0 this summer in Toronto. Both of these guys are in good but unknown form at the moment, which means ZvereeV should take care of business as the favorite in this area. The third-ranked monster has won 108 matches on indoor hard courts throughout his career; Cendulo won 21.

Jan-Lennard Struff (GER) vs Tomas Martin Etcheverry (ARG)

The second nicknamed rubber for each team will be struff vs vs. Elcheverry. Although a Heavy House Court would be considered to offer a great deal of profit, that may not be the case. The hard-working German have compiled a losing record at this venue in the last five seasons. Etcheverry is a solid 16-11 in the past three years. Struff is a guy who can get hot when he’s confident, but that’s not good right now given his current form. This is a great opportunity for Argentina.

Select: Etcheverry in 3
