The Australian Open announced its entry list for the next event in 2026 in early December. Ninety-eight of the top 100 women are in the current field, with only world number 64 Danielle Collins (injured) and world number 76 Ons Jabeur (maternity leave) absent.
Karolina Pliskova, Yafan Wang, and Mananchaya Sawangkaew are at the protected level. Priscilla Hon, Talia Gibson, Emerson Jones, Elizabeth Mandlik, Taylah Preston, Zarina Diyas, and Tiantsoa Sarah Rakotomanga Rajaonah are among the wild cards.
The draw at Melbourne Park is scheduled for January 18-February 1. The qualifiers will take place January 12-15.
