Canadian player Auger-Aliassime advances to Occitanie Open finals

Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime is heading into the Occitany Open men’s tennis final.
The Montreal native defeated France’s Titouan Derouet 6-4, 6-7(5), 6-1 in Saturday’s semifinals.
Auger-Aliassime, the tournament’s top seed, didn’t double fault for the second straight game and fired 20 aces to outscore his opponent.
He also converted three of 10 break point opportunities and scored 47 winners to Droghe’s 30.
Droghe hit 14 aces and made three double faults, but failed to capitalize on these three opportunities.
Auger-Aliassime will seek his first title of 2026 on Sunday against France’s Adrian Manarino.
