Ugo Humbert and Adrian Mannarino will be clashing for the fourth time in their careers when they meet again in the second round of the Open Occitanie on Wednesday. Mannarino leads the head-to-head series 2-1, but they haven’t met since 2023.

Now 37 years old, Mannarino is slowing down. The lefty compiled a modest 13-15 record in the 2025 major league tour and was 0-3 this season before hitting Pedro Martinez on Monday.

On the other hand, Humbert is in good form. The world number 38 finished second in Adelaide a few weeks ago and looked impressive in a straight-sets defeat of Botic van de Zandschulp on Tuesday. That’s nothing new for Humbert at home in France on a strong indoor court. This is where he plays his best tennis.

Pick: Humbert at 2
